There are a number of other attractions in the town and nearby, to name just a few; as the name of the town suggests there is the relaxing pastimes of the health spas Les Couloubret open in 2008 and 2 quite unique open air public foot baths. There is often the passage of the Tour de France to lookout for with regular stage finishes at one of the local ski resorts. Other events during the year include a 4 day festival of music and spectacles in the open air at the end of July, a festival of local food and produce and traditional sheep and cattle market in mid September, live music in the height of the ski season. Then there are all other mountain sports you can think of parapenting, rock climbing plus some you are unlikely to have seen before!!!
