FOR MOUNTAIN BIKING
Ax les Thermes in the French Pyrenees is an ideal base for a mountaing
biking holiday, as active as you want to make it. Situated between
2 ski resorts, 1 cross country and the other down hill, this provides
us, during the spring , summer and autumn with endless scope for
mountain biking. There are over 100 miles of cross country trails
way-marked. Also from the spring time during the weekend and all
of July and August when the Bonascre Telecabine runs you have the
option of just going down hill crazy with 3000 ft. of descent as
many times as you like. Then of course, in addition to this, there
are all the forestry paths and all the single track you could ask
for.
